Marianna Naturals Corp. Announces a Non-Brokered Private Placement

is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 2,500,000 units (the "Units") with a subscription price of $0.20 per common share of the company for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.  In its entry into the Canadian and soon-to-be public markets, Marianna Naturals Corp. will use the net proceeds from the financing towards progressing their expansion into Canada through licensing, further product development, general working capital and targeted marketing campaigns.
In recent news the company secured product distribution in Asia and through the WeChat social media platform targeting the following countries (China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Philippines and Hong Kong) expanding the Marianna Naturals brand globally.
Through a massive Canadian social media campaign of over 50 celebrity and power-middle influencers; Marianna Naturals is poised for rapid growth in an industry where beauty and cosmetics surpasses $530B. The Company has 120 different product SKU’s including lotions, creams, moisturizers, serums, eye gels, hand sanitizers, and facial masks. Additionally, more than 20 of the Company’s products are infused with CBD, and all other products were also designed with the capability of infusing CBD into them.
